Dear NYTCP Community,
At Dr. N. Y. Tasgaonkar College of Physiotherapy, we are committed to fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all members of our community. We firmly believe in the values of respect, empathy, and inclusivity. We follow a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of ragging or bullying, both physically and mentally, within our campus premises.
Ragging is not just a violation of rules; it is a serious offense that can have lasting, detrimental effects on the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of individuals. We believe in nurturing an atmosphere that promotes learning, growth, and camaraderie. Ragging undermines these principles and has no place in our academic community.
We urge every member of our community, including students, faculty, and staff, to be vigilant and proactive in preventing ragging. It is our collective responsibility to create an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and free to pursue their academic and personal goals without fear.
