Bachelor of Physiotherapy Admission Procedure

For Normal Admission Rounds

  1. Candidate to pass 12thwith PCB (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) and NEET exam.
  2. DMER/State CET Cell will put up list of selected candidates for all colleges.
  3. Student will go to their allotted colleges to complete college application form and submit documents.
  4. Admission Committee will scrutinize the documents thoroughly as per the norms.
  5. Pay course fee after scrutiny of documents for admission.
  6. Further admission procedure as per DMER/State CET Cell guidelines.

For Institutional Quota (Including NRI & OMS)

  1. Institute will publish advertisement in the newspaper & invite applications.
  2. Interested candidates will collect the application form by paying requisite form fee.
  3. Submission of duly filled up application form along with required documents. For NRI applicants, scrutiny certificate from DMER / ARA is mandatory.
  4. Admission Committee will scrutinize the documents thoroughly as per the norms. (First preference will be given to NRI candidates).
  5. Eligible candidates will be selected based on their merit and final list will be displayed on college notice board as well as on college website.
  6. Selected candidates will be given admission.

Know Your Eligibility

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have completed their HSC/12th or equivalant education in science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.
Entrance Exam:
Candidates must appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to BPTh courses in Maharashtra.
Medical Fitness:
Candidates should be medically fit and should not have any physical disabilities that could hinder their ability to perform the duties of a physiotherapist.
Age Limit:
The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31 December of the year in which admission is sought.
